Our food storage that will soon be moved to the barn!
The kids like to pretend the shelves are forts and houses. What is it about small, enclosed spaces that appeal to children so much? 
This video gives a better overall view of the upstairs room. Downstairs is Todd's workbench, and space to park our cars. Notice Bowe hiding on the shelf in the background.
We had enough snow for Ava to use her "Kitty Cat" snowmobile. Grandpa bought a vintage children's snowmobile and fixed it up for her. In her words, "My snowmobile is Awesome!" It's pretty cute to watch her zoom around.
Ava had her friend Summer over. They wanted to put makeup on so we did a photo shoot too. Bowe wasn't really interested in participating, but they were fairly persuasive. The pictures turned out pretty well so we made a craft out of them too. It was fun!

I love your barn! I'd love to have all that space! And your food storage - way to go! Ours has no official space right now so it's tucked into a corner of our garage and often gets forgotten about, so it's never rotated. I'll srive to be better in '09. We'll see.
Your photo shoot is cute! I should try that with my girls someday. Maybe. That takes guts, you know. Little girls and makeup....oh, the places that could lead! (Painful scrubbing in the shower, wishes to do it again and again, etc).
The snowmobile pic was sweet. Sean might consider liking snow if I could ever let him buy one of those. Our kids would love it! We are more of an ATV family, though we borrow his dad's to do it. BTW, what happened to Mr. Snowman in the video? Did she hit him? Hah... j/k Did you build him sideways? That's funny!
Nice job on the barn! Sarah's going to miss seeing Ava at Achievement day girls almost as much as she'll miss your mom on her mission.
Mindy- Ava and Bowe are growing up too fast! Ava is so tall now! We need to get together soon. Call me!
